Hi.
I am a new owner of a GY HM 600E. Just wondering if anyone has use the Extreme Pro cards in HM600.
I get the Sandisk Class10 30 mb/s because of the price and the only think that worries me is the half second that card continues to wright in card after the stop rec is pressed. Will a use of extreme pro make it instant off?

I'm not sure this is a problem John, it's happened on various brands of cameras I've used, it's just the camera finalising the mpeg file on the card when recording stops.

If card speed was a problem, you'd probably see all sorts of problems with your recordings. The "write" light flashing for an extra second is OK.

Thanks Mike
I had bigger problem with my Sony HVRA-CR1 Memory Recording Unit (2 seconds recording after the pause)
but it was a first era hardware and I was hopping that the new generation had fix that...

I've used the Sandisk Extreme 30MB/s cards in my HM600 for about 6 months now, and haven't had any issues at all.
