On the PMW-200, I just found out that setting the DIRECT MENU option to ALL disabled the WB and gain knobs, with the message "cannot proceed". I can't see the reasons why both controls shouldn't be available at the same time in that particular mode, and wonder why the PMW-100/200 User Manual says nothing about this.
