I am working on a production of a 4-camera HD daily show. The 4 cameras will be static but need to be adjustable on the fly in case a host goes slightly out of frame during production. The cameras will be live-switched with a Tricaster. The producers are concerned about little space in the studio and are looking at PTZ cameras. I don't have much experience with PTZs but they are looking at the following 2 models:
Panasonic AW-HE60SN Full HD Indoor PTZ Camera with IP AW-HE60SN
and
Panasonic AW-HE120K HD PTZ Camera (Black) AW-HE120K B&H Photo
1.Given that the producers would much prefer the price point of the He60 units, I am trying to figure out what camera quality we would get out of these. I mean it's one 1/3" sensor. What quality should I expect? Is this in the broadcast-quality ballpark?
2.How does the He60 compare with the He120?
