Does anyone know what SONY flash unit will work for photographs? I can't find info. My expensive Canon flashes don't work (fit), and my local camera dealer doesn't have a clue. Can't find info on SONY website.

Marlon Martins August 27th, 2013, 09:33 PM i tested with a yongnuo manual flash, and it fired correctly. i believe its way better to use a cheap wireless transmitter, and use a manual flash off-camera. you can have better light quality (flash in different place/bounce/softbox/umbrella) i will test this weekend on a event my wireless triggers, cause i want to make sure it works for me also ;) Scott Nocella August 27th, 2013, 10:04 PM Alpha DSLR and NEX Camera Flash | External Flash | HVL-F20M Review | Sony Store (http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921666538812) This is probably the most economical one that fits the NEX series cams, The EA-50 is an NEX series camera.
