NEX EA50 Problem with large LCD viewfinder- lens adjustment ring is stuck :(

I didn't notice this until too late on my recently purchased used EA50. Anyone aware of any schematics, ideas on how this might be fixed?

ya know there are some videos somewhere on how to disassemble the viewfinder loope, but i can't remember where. its for the purpose of shortening the viewfinder tube i think, but i believe it comes apart with a simple screw driver, and if you carefully take it apart i bet you could find out what is obstructin the viewfinder from adjusting.

Thanks - I guess I needed that bit of encouragement... it basically comes apart - no tools, just snap-fitted, and I managed to fix it - usually I make things like this worse when I try the DIY route :)
