I'm seeing a few Sony F900 cameras for sale and I have a couple of questions that I cant find answers to.

What is the color space 4.2.2 or 3.1.1
Also is this camera 1920x1080 or 1440x1080
last one, how can I get a HD-SDI connection out of this? is it possible. I would like to connect a Nano etc to this.

Thanks

Hi Al,

Thanks for that link, I have been looking at that and found that the Miranda is no longer made so I'm looking for a new solution.

I'm sure Black magic makes a solution?

Look for an F900/R

It has HD-SDI , a FHD CCD Sensor, Hypergamma etc.

Output (live) via HD-SDI is Full HD, 10bit uncompressed 4:2:2

Makes it a good camera "head" for external recording, though actual sensors have better S/N ratio.

Still a good camera!

best regards
