Bad choice of fonts & color in the beginning (:10 second mark). The font it too thin to read & the color choice could be better, rather than a generic red & neon green with some drop shadow. I dunno, play around with some things & tweak it, but use a better font. Also your spacing & capitalization is off. You have: "4 bed2 bath" (You probably should also have a space after "La Fatasia" and before the 4). Plus I think "pet-friendly" and "fully-fenced" should be capitalized. Also that graphic is only up for a few seconds, too short imo.

Musics a little too porny for me.
