Hey guys whilst im booking for 2014, i still want to get slightly more bookings and we have a video weekend coming up, canopies, champagne and all that stuff. First one we have done and wondered if any one has done this before and what to offer discount wise on the day. How did you show your work? Was thinking of producing a disc with say 10 top trailers on and two three good films for people who want to watch further. My big 50 inch tv in bluray. Pricelists and then book on the day now you get % discount? Any ideas to really make this happen? cheers steve

I connect with as many venues as possible and always attend expos and open days - I get good results both from brides who have " thought about it" and other who hadn't considered it at all.

I'm assuming your video samples/highlights run nonstop in the shop? but then again the dresses may not be from your shop - tough one

Yep they run all day but i want to entice a 60 load of people who are coming in over the weekend... Yep think i will cut a new demo or just bluray 10 best trailers this year, then offer a 15% discount booking on the day,, simples...
