Hi Guys

After Justin did some testing on the Novoflex adapter I was convinced that I needed one and ordered it from Germany. It arrived last week and after testing I was delighted UNTIL I realised I have two EA-50's so what happens if I need to use my Nikon lenses on both cameras ...darn ..I need another Novoflex ...I checked the site and eBay and the dealers were all out ..I could get one from the USA for $269 and $38 shipping which was a ripoff as from Germany I pay a mere 160 euros.

Today a package arrived from Germany (the second one) and inside was a NEX/NIK adaptor. The guy in Germany had mistakenly sent two instead of one ..I emailed him and of course offered to pay to the second "mistake" and he was grateful for the honesty (gave me a fat discount as well!!) and I now have my second Novoflex so I can use one on each camera !! BTW: the guy is Horst Rusch and is on eBay as "Foto Brell" ..he has some amazing gear new and used so is worth looking at for vintage lenses!!

Talk about manna from the Gods!!

That happened because you are a very nice guy at heart and I don't care what your wife has told me about you! ;-)

Some people make their own good luck. The simple things I teach my boys all seem so true, like, what goes around comes around.

Good for you Chris!

Hi Steven

I truly believe in what foes around comes around and also in Karma! (Do you guys still screen the show "My Name is Earl"??)
If I used something that was ill gotten, you can be sure that either it will fail or the whole shoot will have problems all because I didn't do the right thing!!

Don?? Don't listen to my wife I'm now considering trading her in for two 33 year olds ...hopefully one is a videographer and one a photographer and they are both Miss Universe material as well

FYI : Yep the new adapter works really great ..I did a Realty shoot yesterday using manual focus but letting the cam chose exposure and it worked very well with the Tokina 11-16 F2.8 zoom ...due to the enormous DOF at 11mm you hardly need to touch the focus ring filming inside and outside a property and everything is sharp as a tack!
