I'm planning to do a mix format shooting w/ Super 35mm & 2/3" sensors. Does anybody know what's the 300mm (The $42K Fujinon 85-300/T2.9 PL Cabrio w/ servo zoom) equivalent to 2/3" in actual focal length?
I'm very familiar w/ the typical 22x lens (7.3mm - 171 mm) in 2/3". Just don't know the formula of a 300 mm lens on a Super 35mm sensor Sony and the Red Epic bodies. If formula is not available, is the 85-300mm roughly equivalent to a 18x (7.8 to 120mm) or 22x (7.3 to 171 mm) in the 2/3" world?
