I've been searching for a 2x teleconverer to use on my 60d with an 18-200 EF-S lens - and I keep running into the statement "not compatible with an EF-S lens"

I don't care about auto focus or auto aperture.

can anyone recommend one? B&H had one from Canon, but it's been discontinued...
