Called Sony Parts Plus to replace rubber eye cup.

FS700 is not listed on their site, or on consumer website.

Rep found what he said is same part from EX3.

Site promised 'discount' on price, but then raised price in cart.

Spent 20 minutes ordering $20 part--that should have taken 5 minutes.

Hopefully part will work so I don't have to return it.

Thanks for the heads up. Are you actually using the eyepiece? I never even bothered taking mine out of the box...

That doesn't seem like a good after-sales experience at all!

As for the eyecup -- I use mine shortened (DIY'ed) with gaffer tape.
