Every completed video I make I convert to a full HQ Quicktime file for easy playback, but this is often not the case and sometimes the movie sticks or freezes during playback whilst the audio carries on.

What is the reason for this and is it preventable?

I have tried closing all other applications but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
