View Full Version : Easter Video for church Jeremiah McLamb March 19th, 2013, 06:36 AM This is a video I produced for my church's Easter Production. Shot on red epic FEED MY SHEEP on Vimeo Evan Bourcier March 26th, 2013, 12:33 PM So. Good. Storytelling was awesome man, hopefully next year we can do something that sweet for easter. Now to nerd out for a sec: Lenses? All Natural light? Audio? The only thing I noticed was the synch seemed a bit off at the beginning, could of been a playback issue though. Epic man. EDIT: Just saw the description on vimeo. Sigma 18-50? seems awfully sharp for a sigma hah. Graded in resolve? I really wanna rent a scarlet for something soon, the Red image is so gorgeous... Jeremiah McLamb March 26th, 2013, 01:03 PM Thanks Evan! This was a quick shoot (couple of hours). We used natural light with bounce and negative fill. For audio we just used a boom in to a mixer straight in to the epic We used Red's 18-50mm zoom lens. It's a little soft but scaled down to HD from 4k it looks nice and sharp :) All edited and graded in premiere We absolutely love our epic! It does capture beautiful images! Thanks Jeremiah Evan Bourcier March 26th, 2013, 01:41 PM Awesome! Do you know which boom mic you used? Did you shoot RAW and grade in premiere? Somewhat random question: Is the EPIC yours or the church's? Jeremiah McLamb March 26th, 2013, 01:58 PM Can't remember the exact model number of the mic...but i do know it's an audio technica shotgun The Epic only shoots in RAW...so we took those RAW files direct in to Premiere and edited and graded those files. There's not really much of a color grade on the piece. All the gear belongs to me. Jeremiah Phill Pendleton March 26th, 2013, 05:18 PM Wow! Awesome ! Loved the pics, acting, audio - certainly some talent there. |
