It's been a while, since I've had to do this. I have a 720p timeline and I want to render to bring the reult ino DVDA and then create a menu and burn a Blu-ray (720p if possible).

If I remember correctly, the best method is to avoid having DVDA re-render, but I forget how to do that. Could someone outline the procedure for me, please, or tell me where to find a simple write-up on how to do it?

Thanks

Unfortunately, DVDA is 1080 or nothing when it comes to taking in AVC streams. I've tried 720p60 to a BD-5 and the video stream became incompatible with many BD players.

Best bet is to take the timeline, render it in a high quality format like XDCAM EX, then take that and encode for BD in 1080. BD options for 720 will have compatibility problems with BD players.
