I am also doing some research about possible portable recording devices for 1080i uncompressed but have found nothing 10k and that won't be available until the first quarter of 2006 from Grass Valley.

I am going to be purchasing the DRaid myself froom The DR Group here in Hollywood. 4.0TB for about $6k

James, please give us a review of the DR Group's DRaid after you spend some time with it. I've searched and put posts up asking anyone for real world experience with this and found nothing yet. Very interested.
