Does anyone know how many Mbps the 6D records in in uncompressed 1080? Does it meet broadcast standards? I thought I heard somewhere that it was 50mbps but I just don't know.

Bizarrely in the specifications Canon quotes bit rate in MB/minute rather than Mbps that everyone else uses. The figures quoted are identical to those of the 5D3

235 MB/min. with IPB compression
685 MB/min. with All-I compression

These equate to

31.33Mbps IPB
91.33Mbps All-I
