Ive got an EX3 that is getting a clean HD signal on its viewfinder, but on the SDI out the image is "foggy" and the blacks are completely washed out.

The problem persisted even when performing a "Reset all".

I've ruled out that it is NOT humidity/condensation, back focus, faulty ND filter, or any obvious lens or sensor issue.

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know of a fix?

I assume you've tried different monitors to rule out the monitor.

Yes of course.

Ive fed a 20" CRT Sony HDSDI monitor as well as a Panasonic HD-SDI switcher both with the same result

Is the recorded image good?
Have you tried looking at the component output?
Is the problem independent of whether the camera is in camera mode or playback mode?
