Hey guys,
I´ve just bought a Sony bdp-s490 blu ray player and whenever I play videos it doesn´t look like it´s being played in a weird motion that it´s almost video like. On my LG TV I had to DISABLE the film mode so it would play video files with film like motion. I know many TVs and players have this "faux film" option that actualy looks like video instead of film but I cannot seem to find it on the bdp-s490. There is an option on "Screen" called "Cinema conversion mode" and I´m almost sure this is it but it cannot be turned off...I can set it to either "auto" or "video" and none of these works. Does anyone have any ideas? If I can´t fix this I´ll return it for sure.
