You can use Arrowhead from Cookie Cutter or foreign PNG image.

Open Character Map (found under System Tools) and use the Wingding font.
You'll find several arrows in there that can be used in the Text Media Generator in Vegas.

Yeah, but the arrow doesn't have to move, just stationary in 1 spot is fine.

Where is System Tools? Across the top of my Vegas timeline, I see File, Edit, View, Insert, Tools, Options, Help. I clicked on Tools, didn't see Character Map. I must not be looking at the right place.

It's a Windows thing. IIRC it's under All Programs, Accessories.

Where is System Tools?
You need not search System Tools, You can simply press Win key + R, type "charmap" (without quotes) and press ENTER
