Hi guys,

I'm wanting to shoot some slow-motion footage, but I can't figure out a way to output 720p50 to my PIX240 in order to keep the 10-bit goodiness from the F3.

When I simply changed the camera's recording format to 720p50, I appeared to just end up with interlaced footage on the PIX.

Any thoughts? Is this even possible?

Cheers,

Mark

As far as I know the cam is real progressive, maybe progressive has to be set on your pix?

Instead of leaving the PIX file resolution/rate on "Same as Video Input", what happens if you also dial that to 720p50 ?

It is possible but you must use the MONITOR SDI port. You can't use SDI A or SDI B. They always output a 1080 signal regardless of the recording frame size of the camera.

Thanks Chris, I'll give that a try.
