Trying to set up my new XF100 with custom picture settings. When I go into the menu [camera setup] and scroll down to [custom picture] the item is dim and not available to select and setup. I've tried with and without an SD card. Followed How to make Custom Picture Settings (XF105/XF100) (http://support-sg.canon-asia.com/contents/SG/EN/8200979400.html) and no dice. I can't select the custom picture camera setup. Any help appreciated.

For future reference for those searching for the answer...just got off the phone with tech support: A hard reset brought the function back. Now I just have to reset the entire camera to my liking.

After a hard reset the issue came back when setting up the camera again. I sent my setup file to Canon and here is the bug: If you have [other functions]>[special record]>[pre rec] enabled.....the custom picture setting menu is NOT available. The workaround is to turn it off while you pick your camera picture setting, then turn it back on. Hope this helps somebody else in the same boat.
