Having a strange thing happen here and I can't figure out if my issues are with Premiere or Encore.

I've rendered a project to an MPEG-2 file for a DVD. Used what was essentially the high quality widescreen NTSC settings. Everything seems like it has rendered fine, except that when I drop the .mpg file into Encore, the last few seconds of sound are cut off. I can extend part of it out, but I'm still missing audio at the end.

Bringing the file into Encore CS5.1 as well as CS6 both show the issues. Project was edited in Premiere CS6.

Ideas on where to look?

(Got around the problem by rendering non-interleaved files- allowed me to drop in audio seperate from the video)

Make sure you render to mpeg2-dvd (multiplex off) and not just mpeg2.
The first option will give you a seperate video (m2v) and audio file (pcm or DD).

That's what I ended up doing... but in the past, I've always been able to export to an interleaved file and it works perfectly. Just not anymore. What has changed?
