YouTube has lots of fake videos for example iphone 6 commercials using the real logos and names, even give it an apple image. Are there any rules or laws against this? I thought about making something like them videos but wasn't sure about whats legal and whats not.

My non-legal opinion is to stay away from the Apple logo and direct copies of the elements of the ads. The white background, the lighthearted music, the flat lighting is pretty generic, and you should be safe.

Depends on what it's classed as, parody, rip-off, anti-social, rude, copyright infringement or whatever.
All of them can cause different people and organisations to react, some legally and fast.

Yours will be rated against other excellent utube videos, so whatever you do make it really good or you'll get crucified with comments.
They may even remove it.

Make it funny but remember the actors old adage, 'dying is easy, comedy is hard'
