Is there any way to get the KiPro Mini to receive a 720 50/60p signal and record it as 720 25/30p slow motion?
Cheers

Cheers Jon Thorn November 6th, 2012, 09:26 AM Joe L. - Sorry, but the Ki Pro Mini does not support "over cranking". Timelapse recording, which is a form of "under cranking", was added recently with the v4.1 firmware update. So how will that situation be dealt with? Cheers, Sabyasachi Jon Thorn November 7th, 2012, 02:54 PM Sabyasachi P. - The AJA Ki Pro Mini does not offer support for 1080p 50, 1080p 59.94 or 1080p 60. A list of the various formats and frame rates that are supported by the Ki Pro Mini can be found here: Ki Pro Mini - AJA Video Systems (http://www.aja.com/en/products/ki-pro-mini/#techspecs) I hope this information is helpful, Jon Thorn Senior Product Manager AJA Video Systems Joe Lawry November 10th, 2012, 04:27 PM thanks Jon, I thought that was the case. Michael Krumlauf August 25th, 2016, 09:39 AM I know this thread is a couple years old, but I wanted to let you know that at least with the Varicam HDC27, the KiPro does do overcrank and full speed ramping. I just posted a thread here explaining how this is done. Maybe the people at AJA didn't know about this? |
