Hi can anyone help, amongst other cameras i have a SONY VG20 which i realy like.To help me to critical focus i purchased a ZACUTO EVF PRO VIEWFINDER which again i real like. The problem that i have i cant get the zacuto to show the cameras display (not the image thats fine) just the cameras status etc.I have tried everything the weird thing is the zacuto has a HDMI IN pluss a HDMI OUT the senario is when zacuto is conected to the camera via cameras hdmi out and to zacuto hdmi in no display, but as soon as i also connect a hdmi lead to the out of the zacuto low and behold camera display fine on camera on evf also on tv, as soon as tv lead is removed from zacuto display goes off. Can anyone give me any ideas thanks Wilf.

"Clean HDMI Out" is the name of the feature - so it is not possible to have Cam Info on external Screens

Clean HDMI is the ability to feed a live signal from your camera's sensor through the HDMI port WITHOUT any of the onscreen info you might have displayed in your view finder or LCD back. It also would need to be a non-compressed signal as some cameras do. The purpose is to use an external recorder insteady of your camera's engine.

Thanks for the answer much appreciated.I've had loads of cameras inclueding a SONY PMW 350 but i must say i love the image and shallow depth of field on the VG20 its a gift for what it costs. Anyway thanks again Wilf.
