I've forgotten it, much to my dismay. Even Googled it and to my surprise it isn't on the top 20 shortcuts so I'd be grateful if somebody could enlighten me.

In the meantime i'll continue to mouse right and click on the razor.

Control V will cut at the CTI, b for the blade tool or use "button list" from the tools menu for all the shortcuts

Ctrl V - of course, I knew I was close.
