Hi there

I just got the SEL18200 lens off ebay for my VG20, but manual focus does not seem to work. I can only focus with AF.

Is there something I'm missing? Is there another way of switching to manual focus, other than the little focus button next to the sd card slot?

RTF or you can just press the focus button...

Touching the focus button does not help at all. I can see the camera going in manual mode (showing the small hand icon) but nothing happens when I turn the focus ring.

Do you think the lens might be defect?

Reset the damn thing @ the small reset button with a small pin...
