Never had this happen before--on a 32GB memory card I had a new folder of DCIM photos. I transferred the photos into a computer, and when I checked the card agin the folder was no longer listed, but older folders were. Fortunately I was able to make further copies of the transferred photos, otherwise I'd no longer have them to draw upon on the card. How and why does this happen?
