I am looking at upgrading and being able to offer Blu-ray.
They are terribly expensive!
I"d like to offer printables, preferably glossy, but I'll live with matte if necessary. I wish there was some type of Blu-ray Lightscribe surface.
Currently, what brands offer the most reliability and value cost-wise? What has been your experience?

I use discmakers.com for small duplication projects. On disc printing and retail packaging if you need it is superior compared to what you can do yourself. My clients need very limited runs of BluRays for theatrical projection, two or three of a project at most, so a service like Discmakers isn't worth the time and cost. Right now I am using inkjet printable Verbatim BluRay blanks and have not had a bad disc or a complaint about them once in the past two years. That said, I never use Verbatim for DVD blanks as the opposite has been my experience. The blanks are about $2.50 apiece.
