Man, if it's not 1 thing, it's another. I'm trying to render for uploading to Vimeo. It's a 7-minute clip, Main Concept AVC, 1280 x 720. I've done longer and higher res projects recently. This time, Vegas Pro 8 spit out this message:
"An error occurred while creating the media file SantaMargaritaJune2012.mp4. The system is low on memory. You maybe able to reduce memory usage by closing other applications."
I have nothing else running at the same time. Opened up Task Manager, nothing is running. Is Vegas talking about Virtual Memory? I went to Start, Right Click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Performance Settings, Advanced, Virtual Memory. Here's what I see:
Total paging file size for all drives: 8184 MB
I clicked on Change, Under C drive the Paging File Size is 4092 MB.
Under E drive, the numbers are the same (4092 MB).
I'm rendering the project to the E drive. C is for the OS. Each of these drives has at least 450 GB free space remaining.
How do I solve this latest problem?
Thanks!!
