Is there some 'easy' way to translate an A1 preset to a preset for the XF100.
There were two presets I frequently used on my A1 and would like to do so for the XF100. (I love this little camera).

Is there some 'easy' way to translate an A1 preset to a preset for the XF100.


Is it possible to rewrap an m2ts file from the XHA1 as mxf and copy it to a CF card that will play back on the XF100? Since the XHA1 records 25 mbps mpeg2 and the XF100 can also record 25 mbps mpeg2, it seems like this should be possible. If so, then you can A/B the video directly in the XF100 as you tune the new preset.

That's an idea, will give that a try. Thanks.
Btw the A1 is hdv-mpeg, but should not be a problem converting it to mxf.
