Well, I submitted my question to Sony as to why my PLAY/ on my timeline quits working and went back to review "My Stuff" in my Sony account.
The first line I read was "Due to the popularity of our new Vegas Pro 11.0 software, you may experience a delay in receiving a response from our Customer Service and Technical Support teams."
