Hi All,

Something here that I can't seem to figure out.

After import and convert in CineForm Premium and going to "Step 2" the preview screen remains blank. I can however see the video on my second monitor by selecting Ext. Display in the top right corner area of the program.

This is the case in all conversions from various file types.

Any ideas?

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date then contact support@cineform.com if it still doesn't work.

Thanks for the response. I should have noted that the program was working fine, just started this behavior out of the blue.
