I have placed a long event on the timeline and have split it into many separate & shortened events and now find that a whole section near the end, does not have their video & audio locked together when I move the video event. Switching "Ignore event grouping" makes no difference.(Vegas Pro 11)
What have I (Accidentally) done to achieve this and how do I get them linked together again ? The events up near the beginning are fine.

You probably pressed "U" (i.e. UNGROUP) on the keyboard when that event was selected.
To lock them back together, select them both and then press "G" (i.e. GROUP).

Edward, you are a gem. That fixed it, - thanks. Still can't think how I did this to about ten clips.
It's a pity that the Vegas help is not a bit more intuitive & specific, as I spent quite a while trying to look for this in "Help" but as usual it was absolutely useless. - I would be lost without you guys.

You probably did all 10 at once. If all of those pieces were selected when you pressed "u", it would have ungrouped them all.

Or, of course, the Icon for ungrouping may be selected.
