While shooting in Switzerland in May, we had a setup problem with a rental Nanoflash. There was no local support. Dan Keaton was totally available and solved the problem trans-atlantically for us via Skype, despite the time zone differences. It must have been somthing like 5AM for him.
The Nanoflash worked impeccably during the takes later in the day.
