Hello,
since my last shoot yesterday I've been experiencing the following problem:
I can't get any proper HDSDI feed into my nanoflash. it just won't take it. When I switch my camera to SDSDI a signal incl. proper timecode is received. When I switch it back to HDSDI the signal incl timecode doesn't get through at all. Tried different cables and different cameras. HDSDI stream from my cameras are generally working fine. I tested 3 different cameras. It's the nanoflash that's behaving very strangely since this past shoot. Ok, we had a pretty warm day but I've used the nanoflash in harsher conditions than this. Am running latest firmware, MXF, 50Mbit. Has anyone had this or a similar problem yet? Can anyone also tell me: where do I send it in when a problem like this occurs?
Thanks for your help.
