Just got a PMW500.. with latest software/firmware ? version installed..

Checked the manual and CD,s but no mention of how to update when new camera software available.

Obviously down load from internet to SXS card I guess.. but is there actually a step by step procedure written anywhere for the computerly challenged..

don't see any instructions for installing into the camera ?

Why don't you just wait until there is actually a firmware upgrade available? I assure you that it will come with detailed instructions. Why are you putting the cart before the horse? Relax.
