I got a note from eBay search this morning, Schneider Optics in southern California has 10 Century 0HD-75CV-EX3 0.75WA adapters listed for sale at a discount on eBay: $350. I just purchased one, they have 9 remaining at that price.

If you're looking for that particulare wide angle adapter (fits the EX1R, should fit the EX1 and EX3 also), this looks to be a good moment to get one from the manufacturer.
