Does anyone have suggestions for a stabilizer or shoulder mount for the Panny 150, Ergonomically it is not good for handholding. I've tried a couple of shoulder mounts under $100 and they are junk. Need some suggestions

I prefer the DvMultirig. Pricey but well worth it imo. Been using it for years with great results.

Hi Ray
I couldn't find what I wanted so I made my own and it's really simple. I went from HMC80's (which are shoulder-mount) to AC-130's which are handheld with the stupid EVF at the end like the 150 so to use the EVF the camera is essentially sticking out from your eye so the front end weighs a ton!!!
My solution is a simple dual aluminium rail under the camera that offsets to the right at the rear and has a foam pad to sit on my shoulder ...this puts the camera on my shoulder in a far more stable position but, of course, the EVF is near my ear so it's unusable!!!
What I do is pop a Hoodman loupe onto the LCD so instead of the tiny 0.45" EVF I have a HUGE nearly 4" EVF.... and it's a joy to use too....total cost was some aluminium and pop rivets from the hardware store and a 3X loupe from the camera shop...A very workable solution that cost a lot less than any rig out there. I also have a custom ENG rig on the front (sprung rod and waist belt) for long handheld shoots and that makes the camera virtually weightless!!!
