I could not access the repair service page that allow me to search for the parts.
I would like to know some part numbers of the F3:

- mic holder
- small screw under the sony PL lens

or if anyone has service manual and want to share I will be more than happy.

No, the parts site doesn't cater for the lens kit. I would just remove the screw from another one of the lens and use it when needed.
