Trying to get Scopebox to work with my new HPX250 but it refuses to show the output of the camera.
I know I have everything set correctly on the camcorder because I also have Adobe OnLocation and when I launch that app I immediately see the picture displayed in OnLocations camera window.
(HPX250 is set for DVCProHD output)
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Do you see the HPX listed when you go to add a source? What happens when you add it - a black window, or a spinning wheel? Which frame setting is the HPX in?
If you want to reach us directly, you can shoot an email to support@divergentmedia.com.

Yes, the HPX250 shows up in the source list.
When the HPX250 is added the application will try to connect with a spinning wheel in the source window, the source window remains black. A force quit is required or the application will crash to the desktop.
The HPX250 is set for DVCProHD 60 - NOT using any of the n settings as I know that firewire out is not supported in the n modes.
The HPX250 works correctly in Adobe OnLocation as well as HD Monitor Pro.
I would like to use Scopebox, but can not at this point.
Thanks for your help

Thanks - I got your email, and will respond on that side (so that we don't have two parallel conversations going). I'll update this thread once we've sorted out what's going on.
