Is there a site with realistic templates, backgrounds, etc. that I can look at and view? Like walls, floors, etc., in HD.

I should've searched first, as I had asked this question 4.5 years ago. Looks like 3D Models, 3D Modeling Textures and Plugins at TurboSquid (http://www.turbosquid.com) is one possible site, but let me know if there are others I should visit.

Well, since this place has just about everything, Im sure you could find an example of what you are looking for...

After Effects Projects, Motion Graphics, C4D Templates | VideoHive (http://videohive.net/)

They usually have good stuff. There's a few templates I bought from them to speed up some projects in the past and they usually are well done files.
