Our non-profit is currently using Kit Digital's subdivision "Streaming Faith" to push a 2-4 times a month 2 hour video, and high and low band audio, broadcast to the web. We are not a Christian organization, but because of our content we are grouped under that division.

We are considering going with their WorldCast Server package: WorldCast? Server | Streaming Faith Solutions (http://sales.streamingfaith.com/video_platform/worldcast) because we are having problems with random users experiencing random lockups of the stream. It could be the encoder that we have, an old Viewcast encoder, that is causing the problem, but we're not sure at this point.

My personal feeling is that a package like the WorldCast Server would be much less headache for us because Kit Digital would be responsible for the entire package and they'd be familiar with everything.

I tried to find reviews on the WorldCast Server package but didn't see anything. There's also this package from Livestream: Livestream Your Events - Encoding (http://new.livestream.com/broadcast-live/encoding)

Any thoughts on the best service for the best value?
