I just purchased the Vegas Pro 11 upgrade and attempted to upgrade from Ver. 10e. The 64-bit version installed with no problem however the 32 bit version will not run after installing it. When I attempt to run it, there is a text dialog box that is just ASCI text. It is on screen for just a split second and goes away before I can read it. Any suggestions?

Reinstall Vegas32 and try again.

Then, if that doesn't work,
Uninstall, reinstall and try again.

I have already tried that and have the same problem each time.

I might be missing something, but if you have the 64 bit version, why would you need the 32 bit version?

Some plug-ins and filters are only 32 bit and will only work on the 32 bit version of Vegas.
