I am taking the liberty of starting a separate thread to clear up an erroneous post I made regarding the S-Log promotion.

It seems that the European version is restricted to one camera only.

The US version is identical to the original upgrade. 32gb SxS-1 card and it WILL be capable of uninstalling on one camera and installing on a different camera. The US version is not crippled.

I paid the $899.00 and did not get the card 2 weeks ago in Teaneck. Can I get the card from Teaneck?

Michael, if you get that blank SxS card from Sony will you post how you did it? Those of us who were fortunate enough to get the update done early at a Sony Service Center will be happy to receive a card also.

Confirmed from Sony that those who sent their cameras into service depots WILL receive a 32gb SxS-1 card.

In the mail, or do we have to contact the Service Center directly to request one?

You have to go down there yourself in person.

......

Just kidding but at this point it wouldn't entirely surprise me. Hey I'm not complaining though it will be nice to get the card.

Finally some good news for UK F3 users...

Some UK Dealers are selling the CBK-RGB01 software key (on a 32GB SxS Card) for roughly the same price as the US $899 promotion, ie. £525 +VAT

(You do have to search around a bit because most are still trying it on for the £2000 +VAT price !!!)
Looks like Sony got in a real mess with this...

Any idea when they will start selling again here in the U.S. I put my order in at AbelCine and they didn't know when to expect their shipment to arrive.
