It's March 2nd in Australia and Ted's Cameras in Australia now shows their pre-order page, including photos and specs. It's early morning there, Canon hasn't made an announcement, but it looks like the NDAs have expired.
Canon EOS 5D Mark II | Canon Digital SLR Cameras | Ted's Camera Stores - Ted's Cameras (http://www.teds.com.au/canon-eos-5d-mark-iii)
Here are some key specs. (Sorry. No word on video quality yet.)
Megapixels 22MP
Sensor Size 36 x 24mm
ISO/Sensitivity 100 - 25600
Autofocus Points 61 points
LCD Size 3.2"
Min Shutter Speed 30 sec
Max Shutter Speed 1/8000 sec
Continuous Shooting Speed 6 fps
Video Resolution Full HD 1080
Connectivity USB 2, HDMI, Mic Input, Wireless (optional)
Battery LP-E6
File Formats AVI, RAW, H.264, MOV, MPEG-4
Dimensions 152 x 116 x 76mm
* At 6fps, the camera is faster, so rolling shutter is likely reduced.
* Same battery as the 5D2.
* In file formats, it does not show JPEG (strange), but it shows RAW (stills only? video?), and multiple video formats (AVI, h.264, MOV, MPEG-4).
Anyway, it looks like the official announcement is imminent and there's not much that we can infer about video quality - yet.
