I have been looking to upgrade my Canon 14x lens for my HM790 and came across this lens, the Fujinon XT20SX4.7BRM HDTV Zoom Lens while browsing the B&H website. Does anyone have any experience with this lens with the 700- series?

its well priced with a good range, if it doesn't breath heaps, and have major CA and is relatively sharp, it's got to be the pick of the bunch.

That was my thought as well. Problem is, none of the dealers seem to know how the lens behaves other than the specifications on paper.

The dealer I chatted to actually prefered the Canon 20X, but that was just his personal preference. When I asked about which lens he`d choose considering performance vs price, the Fujinon was his choice.

The specifications seem good, though.
