I have a tripod, but it's hard to move around with a tripod. Is the a 1 leg stick for canon xl1s?

Yes. Any one leg stick with a standard 1/4-20 screw will work with the XL1s.

I don't the weight of the XL1s but if its within spec, this is a nice monopod.
