Updating guidelines:
With the same product type, Studio 1.0 to Studio 1.1, close your apps, download and install (over the old version.) If moving between CineForm products, e.g. NeoScene to Premium, or Premium to Professional, close your apps, uninstall your older CineForm tool, then download and install the new tool.

Please, as you go forth with CFSP, don't exclude the HDV M2t format. You mention that HDlink and First Light are currently included in the download but always mention "for now". Tape based files from my Canon (XH A1) are not recognized in the convert module and are the wrong proportions in the edit module. I know it's not cutting edge stuff but please don't abandon us, especially since you have the technology in Link and FL.

HDV support is not going way. HDLink will likely for that purpose alone (its originally designed purpose.)

Please consider allowing the converted file to be read in CFSP (edit section) so that I just have to get good with one interface

Roy,

That is what is does now, so I thinking I don't understand your question.

When I convert a HDV file from my canon thru HDlink and then bring that file into CFSP edit section it gets the PAR wrong. It is a 1440X1080 ment to display as 16X9. The file displays correctly in First Light but when I bring it into CFSP it displays as a 4:3

Yes, we are looking into that.
